Quality control, my attitude is rigid. This video is about CU with AC relay quality testing. We design and make a unique testing PCBA. This PCBA we call it AC Relay Zero-Crossing Switching Automatic Calibration Bench. With it, not only realize calibrating 0-crossing automatically for AC relay inside the CU, also reduce human works and the risk bring from worker-miss-setting, so to rise producing effection and accuracy. Each products with AC relay will be arranged for 0-crossing switching automatic calibration during processing, we aim to ensure our clients receive products with premium quality.
